IntelCenter Caucasus Emirate (CE) Organizational 44"x36" Wall Chart v1.4 (Updated 19 Mar. 2014)
$ 29.99 USD
This 44"x36" wall chart shows the organizational structure of the Caucasus Emirate (CE) now that its founder and Emir Doku Umarov has died and Ali Abu Mohammed al-Dagestani has replaced him. The group was formally announced by Umarov in Oct. 2007. The declaration of CE gave a new structure to the Islamic jihadist movement in Chechnya, Ingushetia, Dagestan and other regions in the Russian Federation. The chart shows the CE administrative structure, including wilayas (provinces) and various fronts of the group’s military arm as well as other identifiable units. Individuals, such as commanders and senior operatives, are also identified where possible. Video production groups and their relationships to the wilayas are shown. It also has a section dedicated to the Feb. 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic games and the potential threats to the games from CE and associated actors. A map of the Russian Federation and a legend with key terms are included for reference.
The wall chart has an adhesive backing that lets you attach it directly to a wall and then pull it off and reposition it when you want. It is made with a polypropylene based material that is water resistant and flexible with a matte surface finish.
