The Islamic State (IS) Facial Identification Card is a pocket-sized 3x5 inch durable plastic double-sided reference card that contains the faces, names and titles of 27 IS members. It is designed to provide those out in the field, in operation centers or at a desk a quick and easy way to identify the faces of key IS members.
